SAP S/4HANA Cloud Transformation
- Led the full-lifecycle migration from on-premise SAP ECC to a private cloud-hosted S/4HANA environment, serving as Solution Architect and directing internal staff and external implementation partners across the program.
- Drove adoption of complementary cloud platforms including CPI/BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Fieldglass, and SAC, delivering an integrated modern landscape across finance, supply chain, HR, and asset management domains.
- Replaced legacy work management solution with IFS Clevest, transitioning 400+ field users from ruggedized laptops to iPads and redesigning all field execution processes around a true mobile-first user experience.
ESRI Utility Network Transformation
- Architected the transformation of an on-premise ESRI Geometric Network to a private cloud-hosted (Azure) ESRI Utility Network, including full re-modeling of legacy data into the UPDM and refactoring of all inbound and outbound integrations.
